The Personal Transformation Intensive: 

Learn solution-oriented problem solving skills that will help you to transform your habits for the rest of your life.  take advantage of this rare opportunity to inventory your ife so that you can decide how you would best like to spend your time and energy as you proceed forward.  You will learn how to create a practical step-by-step plan to begin your life anew or to implement new habits into the life that you already adore.  

Each course is held on 2 consecutive Saturdays at the Laulima Women's House on Keeaumoku Street in Honolulu.  10:00 am - 6:00 pm.  $525

Women Helping Women: A Co-Counselor Training

Women tend to process their thoughts and feelings through their speech.  Co-counseling utilizes positive questions to evoke solutions that can resolve personal and professional issues.  This class can be taken by two women who want to become co-counselors to one another or can be taken by an individual interested in being a part of a co-counselor network of women that can provide free planning sessions to one another.  Each session is held over the course of 2 consecutive Saturdays at the Laulima Women's House on Keeaumoku Street in  Honolulu.  *The Personal Transformation Intensive is a pre-requisite to this course.  $325

Wellness Counselor and Life Coach Certification

(Both the Personal Transformation Intensive and Women Helping Women are prerequisite courses to this training) . Graduates are certified as wellness counselors and life coaches specializing in personal and professional development .  This training focuses on both practical peer coaching, consulting, and counseling proficiency, as well as the entrepreneurial skills necessary to build a successful sole proprietorship as a wellness counselor or life coach.  Unlike traditional therapeutic training in psychology, the Wellness Counselor and Life Coach Certification first assists you in mastering your own personal development during the Personal Transformation Intensive, because the quality of your own personal life will enhance your abilities to successfully help others.  These 3 trainings are a life transforming experience that will empower you to solve problems efficiently and effectively. A live distance learning option of the Counselor/Life Coach Certification training is available through the use of Skype.  Classes are held on four Saturdays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Hawaii Wellness Retreat House in Kalihi Valley in Honolulu.  $1,150
